dealcomputers.com is operated by New Mount Trading, LLC (“DealComputers”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use the site or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them and to the policies they refer to: our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Limited Warranty, Privacy Policy and Security & Dispute Resolution Policy.

To place an order you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian place it for you.

When you check out, you offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. We accept your order when your payment is confirmed and your order page shows it as paid; from then on we have a contract.

We may decline or cancel an order, even after payment, if:

  • an item was listed with a clearly wrong price or wrong information (see Pricing and listing errors);
  • an item turns out to be unavailable;
  • we can’t ship to the address you gave;
  • the order fails our fraud checks, or we can’t verify it when we ask.

If we cancel a paid order, we tell you why and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Prices are in US dollars. The total on the checkout page — items plus shipping — is the amount you pay. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it appears as a separate line before you pay; you are never charged more than the total you confirm.

Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor: you enter your card details on its secure payment page, and we never see or store your full card number.

If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Prices on the site can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

  • Gift cards are issued by us in US dollars, in any whole amount from $5 to $500, and delivered by email to the recipient address the buyer gives. The buyer is responsible for that address being right.
  • A gift card never expires and carries no fees. It can be used only on dealcomputers.com, where it pays for products and shipping over as many orders as its balance lasts; the rest of an order that costs more can be paid by card. It can’t buy another gift card and can’t be used in any other store.
  • A gift card is not a deposit and can’t be exchanged for cash or credit, except where the law requires it.
  • Whoever has the code can spend it. We are not responsible for a card that is lost, stolen or used without the owner’s permission, and can’t replace a balance already spent — but tell us at once and we will help with what is left.
  • If the order that bought a gift card is refunded or turns out to be fraudulent, the card is cancelled and its remaining balance can no longer be used.

We work to keep prices, specifications and stock status accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item was listed at a clearly incorrect price, we contact you before shipping and you choose between paying the correct price and cancelling for a full refund.

Product images are studio renders made from each product’s design, so colours and finishes can look slightly different on your screen and in real light. If a detail matters to your decision, ask us before you buy.

Product pages show each item’s stock status (In stock, Low stock, Pre-order, Sold out). Occasionally an item sells out between your checkout and our packing. If that happens, we tell you right away and refund the unavailable item in full — or the whole order, if you prefer.

“Pre-order” items are paid at checkout and ship when stock arrives. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If we can’t ship within the time we indicated, we tell you, and you decide whether to wait or cancel.

  • A custom build request is not an order and costs nothing. A build manager replies with a mock-up, build sheet or print proof and a fixed price.
  • The price is fixed once you approve the design and pay the invoice we send you. Production starts after payment.
  • Changes you ask for after approval may change the price and the production time; we confirm both before going ahead.
  • You can cancel a custom build for a full refund until production starts. After that it is made to order and covered by our returns policy only if it is defective or doesn’t match the approved design.

Artwork, logos and names you send us for a build: you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that using them does not infringe anyone’s rights. You keep all rights in them and allow us to use them only to design, produce and ship your order. We don’t publish photos of your build without your permission. We may decline designs that infringe trademarks or copyrights, or that are unlawful, hateful or obscene. Questions about a design go to [email protected].

We ship to the address you give at checkout, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership of the goods, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you when they are delivered to that address.

For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is the importer and is responsible for import duties, taxes such as VAT or GST, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. They are not included in our prices or shipping rates. See customs, duties and taxes.

Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refund Policy — 30 days for unused items, with defective items always covered. Defects follow our Limited Warranty: 24 months on keyboards, 12 months on mice, mousepads, switches and accessories.

  • Don’t use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or to harm others.
  • Don’t interfere with the site, its security or its payment flows, or try to access orders that aren’t yours.
  • Don’t submit false information at checkout or in a custom build request.
  • Don’t scrape the site in a way that affects other visitors, or copy its content for commercial use.

There are no customer accounts. Your order page opens with a private link that works like a key: anyone who has it can see the order’s status, items and shipping address, so don’t share it.

The site and its content — text, product renders, graphics, the DealComputers name and logo — belong to New Mount Trading, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; anything else needs our written permission. Other names and trademarks mentioned on the site, such as those of component makers, belong to their owners.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection law.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — such as lost profits, lost data or loss of use — arising from your use of the site or of products bought from us;
  • our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
  • we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes or outages of our payment processor. We keep you informed, and if we can’t deliver, we refund you.

Some states and countries don’t allow these exclusions or limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an order, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If something goes wrong, contact us first — most problems are solved by email, as described in our Security & Dispute Resolution Policy. A dispute we can’t resolve together will be decided by the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction.

If you live outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms takes it away.

Formal legal notices to us must be sent in writing to our registered office — 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States — with a copy by email to [email protected]. The registered office handles legal mail only and can’t accept returns or other parcels.

We send notices to you at the email address you gave with your order.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. The version in force when you placed an order applies to that order.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.
