Why we exist
DealComputers is a US store for gaming mice, keyboards, mousepads, switches and accessories, run by players since 2026. We started it because buying gear online had become a guessing game: endless near-identical listings, spec sheets written by marketing departments, and nobody to ask before you pay.
So we keep the catalog deliberately short — 41 products, plus the Atelier workshop for custom builds. Every product is there because it does a specific job well, and its page tells you what that job is.
We write our product pages ourselves, in numbers you can check: grams, hertz, millimetres. And we would rather tell you something isn’t right for you than sell you the wrong thing.

A product earns its place in the catalog only after our team has used it the way you will. This is what we look at.
Shape and fit
We try every shape in palm, claw and fingertip grip, across different hand sizes, and tell you straight which hands and grips it suits.
Sensor and polling
Clean tracking without smoothing or acceleration, a lift-off distance that suits low-sensitivity players, and a polling rate that holds up in wireless play, not only on a spec sheet.
Switches and build
Mouse switches that won’t develop double-clicks, keyboard stabilizers without rattle, and shells and cases that don’t creak, flex or ping.
Surfaces
Pads have to feel the same from session to session, stop where you stop, keep their edges out of your wrist’s way and stay put on the desk.
Real sessions
We play on everything we sell — ranked matches, aim trainers, long work days — because a spec sheet can’t tell you how a shape feels at the end of a long session.

A person reads every order
New orders and custom build requests come straight to our team. Before a parcel is sealed, someone checks it against your order: model, colour or size, and everything that belongs in the box.
Advice before you buy
Email [email protected] with your hand size, grip, games and budget, and we recommend a mouse, keyboard or pad — including telling you when nothing we sell fits.
A build manager for custom work
Atelier requests go to a build manager, who replies within one business day with a mock-up and a fixed price and stays your contact until the build ships.
Setup help after delivery
DPI steps, polling rate, lift-off distance, Rapid Trigger actuation, pairing — ask, and we walk you through it.
The same people when something goes wrong
Returns and warranty claims come to the same team. We troubleshoot first, and when the fault is ours, we repair, replace or refund without a runaround.

Fast dispatch
In-stock orders are checked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment, and we email you the tracking number.

Returns
Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Defective, damaged or wrong items are always covered.
12–24 months
Warranty on everything
24 months on keyboards, 12 months on mice, mousepads, switches and accessories. Troubleshooting first, then a repair, replacement or refund if the product is defective.
