Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, spills, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Include all accessories, cables, and free items that came with the order.

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, a small return shipping fee may apply.
