Track Your Order
The fastest way to check your order status:
Check your email - we send a confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Just click the tracking link.
Log in to your account - go to Order History to see the status and tracking for every order.
Use the tracking link - once your package is on the move, the carrier's page shows live updates.
Order Status Explained
Processing - we've received your order and are getting it ready (usually 1-2 business days).
Shipped - your order is on its way; a tracking number has been emailed to you.
Out for Delivery - your package will arrive today.
Delivered - the carrier has marked your order as delivered.
"I haven't received a tracking number yet"
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, so tracking usually arrives within that window. If it's been longer, check your spam folder, then reach out to us and we'll look into it.
"My tracking hasn't updated"
Carriers sometimes take 24-48 hours to scan a package after it ships. If there are no updates after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate.
"My order is late"
Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days (Standard) or 1-2 (Express) after shipping. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can occasionally add time. If your order is well past the estimate, we're here to help.
"My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it"
Check around your doorway, mailbox, and with neighbors or your building's front desk
Wait 24 hours - carriers sometimes mark packages early
Still missing? Contact us within 7 days and we'll help file a claim or arrange a replacement
Wrong or Missing Items
If something's wrong with your order or an item is missing, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
