All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 4 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (3-5 business days)
Standard Shipping under $50: flat $4.99 (3-5 business days)
Express Shipping: $14.99 (1-2 business days)

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping is coming soon.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Where's My Order? page or in your account.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email support@dealcomputers.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. Once shipped, orders can't be changed but you can always return them.

No Hidden Fees
The price you see is the price you pay. All applicable fees and import duties are included in your total. You only pay for your product and shipping, both shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
Include all accessories, cables, and free items from the order
To start a return, email support@dealcomputers.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items; a small fee may apply to change-of-mind returns

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following can't be returned once opened: in-ear earbuds and items marked "final sale." Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Want a different model or color? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Reach out and we'll help make it smooth.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away.
