We stand behind every product we sell. All items purchased from DealComputers are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, so you can game with confidence.

Warranty Periods
Mice, Keyboards & Headsets: 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase
Mousepads & Accessories: 90-day limited warranty
Components (GPUs, RAM, etc.): covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (typically 1-3 years)

What's Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Hardware failures under normal use (e.g., an unresponsive switch, sensor malfunction, dead RGB zones)
Items that arrive dead-on-arrival (DOA)

What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear (worn grips, faded keycaps, frayed cables)
Accidental damage, drops, spills, or liquid exposure
Misuse, abuse, or use outside the product's intended purpose
Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
Products bought from unauthorized third-party sellers

How to Make a Claim
Email support@dealcomputers.com with the subject "Warranty Claim."
Include your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue.
Attach photos or a short video of the defect, if possible.
We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days and respond with next steps.

Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt from DealComputers is required for all claims, so keep your order confirmation email handy.

Resolution Options
Once approved, we'll offer one of the following, at our discretion: a repair, a replacement with the same or an equivalent product, or a refund / store credit if a replacement isn't available. We cover return shipping for approved claims with a prepaid label.
