Our Warranty
Every product from DealComputers is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects:
Mice, Keyboards & Headsets: 1 year
Mousepads & Accessories: 90 days
Components (GPUs, RAM): covered by the manufacturer's warranty
Covered: defects in materials or workmanship, hardware failures under normal use, and dead-on-arrival items.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, spills, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
How to Claim
Email support@dealcomputers.com with your order number, the product name, and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business days with a repair, replacement, or refund.
Shipping
We know you want your new gear fast. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you'll get a confirmation email with tracking the moment your package ships.
Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (3-5 business days)
Standard Shipping under $50: flat $4.99 (3-5 business days)
Express Shipping: $14.99 (1-2 business days), calculated at checkout
Orders placed before 4 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us at support@dealcomputers.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed, but you can always return it.
Returns
If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
Include all accessories, cables, and free items that came with the order
To start a return, email support@dealcomputers.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return label
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, a small return shipping fee may apply
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you a confirmation.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund right away.
